Dan’s swimming 10k down the River Dart in September. It’s swimming’s equivalent of a marathon.
He’s raising money for Level Water – a charity providing swimming lessons to children with disabilities across the UK. It’s a fantastic charity Dan has raised money for below, including its Bantham Swoosh 6k event last year.

A very generous market research company has kindly donated the fundraising target of £250 already. If you’d like to donate any more, it would be a lovely bonus and give more children the opportunity to learn to swim.
And it would also make all the hours of swimming up and down in the pool worth it.
UPDATE: Our team of two raised over £1,000. It was a long, gruelling swim but thoroughly enjoyable. As you can see from our happy (exhausted) faces.
