We’ve been working with OneFamily for the past year. It’s a new mutual, formed in 2015 when two established businesses merged (Family Investments and Engage Mutual).
The company has ambitious plans for the next few years. They needed our support to build their customer and market insight operation, and ultimately to help deliver these plans. Over the past 12 months, we’ve:

- Commissioned and conducted numerous pieces of product research
- Run internal employee research with new joiners
- Helped them understand more about their customers and potential target audiences
